Mums Home-Made Patè

What You Need
500gms chopped chicken livers
5 rashers of bacon
1 diced onion
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of brandy, scotch or whisky
1/2 small tub of thickened cream

What To Do
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry onion, garlic and liver on a low heat until pinkish. Let cool.
Blend with a cocktail blender, adding salt, pepper and brandy until smoothish.
Add cream. (Warning: makes a big batch. If you wish to freeze some, add cream once drefrosted.)
