it didn't say anything about only using three lines to draw the rectangle... so you can take it anyway you want and draw a rectangle then give it three lines... a rectangle is a 4 sided polygon with 2 sets of parallel lines and 2 sets of perpindicular lines, therefore a square satisfies the requirements and is considered a rectangle.
Answer 4 is incorrect. That is a square, not a triangle.
